Sissy è disponibile a far lezione tutti i giorni dal Lunedì al Venerdì nella sessione dalle 18.30 alle 20.00.

Training a Y-40 con Moving Limits
nasce con un unico obiettivo: personalizzare la sessione d'acqua sulle tue necessità sfruttando al meglio ogni momento che passerai nella piscina d'acqua termale più profonda al mondo, Y-40.
I gruppi non potranno superare le 3 persone più il trainer. Abbiamo capito con l'esperienza che 3 è il punto di equilibrio tra numero di tuffi, tempo di gestione dei feedback e tempo di recupero di Trainer e partecipanti. Requisiti Per partecipare dovrai essere in possesso di un brevetto e di un certificato medico per attività sportiva non agonistica. |

was created with a goal: to custom the water session on your needs, making the most of every moment you will spend in the World deepest pool with thermal water, Y-40.
In order to grant high quality and security standards the groups cannot exceed 3 people per trainer. We have experienced that 3 is the right balance between the number of dives, the feedback and the recovery both for the Trainer and the participants. Requirements To attend you need to have a freediving licence and a medical certificate for sporting activities. |
